A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Artemis Guest House will contact you with details. No reservation is confirmed until deposit is paid. Cancellation before check-in date: within 14 days or less, forfeit full booking value; between 15 and 29 days, forfeit 50% of booking value; from 30 days onwards forfeit 25% of booking value. An additional admin fee of R 250-00 will be deducted from the refund value. In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full original booking. Refunds are paid in ZAR only. |
